    ripe frozen banana

    cup milk (or try chocolate milk, ice cream or yogurt)
  • 3 -4
    ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend milk, banana and ice, then add peanut butter and nutella, to prevent it from sticking in the blender.
  • If it's too thin for you, add some peanut butter. If it's too thick, add some milk.
