ingredients
- 3 peaches, washed and peeled
- 1 cup blueberries, rinsed
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
directions
- Slice peaches. Mix peaches, blueberries and almonds in bowl.
- Combine vanilla, ginger, and honey in small bowl. Mix well. Pour over fruit and nut mixture and stir to combine. Enjoy!
