    ounces prosciutto or 3 ounces bacon, cooked and diced

  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 13
    cup white balsamic vinegar or 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

    tablespoon honey

    cup europes best sun ripe harvest peach, thawed
  • salt and pepper
  • 2
    tablespoons olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  • VINAIGRETTE: Combine first 5 ingredients in blender. Add olive oil and blend until smooth.
  • Arrange salad ingredients on platter and drizzle with vinaigrette. Refrigerate any remaining vinaigrette.
