Peach Custard Pie With Agave Nectar

Adapted from another recipe, this substitutes the sugar for agave nectar and reduces the other liquids to compensate.

ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie shell (9-inch )
- 4 1⁄2 cups fresh sliced peaches (about 5)
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2⁄3 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the agave nectar and milk and beat well.
- Add the peaches and stir.
- Pour into the pie crust and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake for another 45-55 minutes or until it tests clean.
