Delicious and nutritious! I made mine with 1 cup greek yogurt (I use fage 0%, higher protein, lower carb), half cup 2% milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 20 grams 100% whey protein powder (which looks like a few tablespoons), 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries and a few pieces of ice. LOVED IT! and I am not a big fan of the protein powder flavor at all, couldn't really distinguish the flavor. Tasted much like a pb n j. My tweaks on the recipe for the entire batch, about 3 cups are 417 calories, 33 grams of carbs, 12 grams fat, 47 grams protein.

This was a pretty tasty smoothie. I think I would enjoy this better as a true milk shake using either vanilla ice cream and frozen strawberries or strawberry ice cream. I love smoothies however I don't like much but fruit added to them. Thanks for posting your recipe. Made and reviewed for the 37th AUS/NZ Recipe Swap.

I've made this twice now (used half an individual container of fat-free yogurt each time) - I added a bit more peanut butter because I do love it. I was a little hesitant about combining strawberries with PB in a drink - but it really was a great combination! I did not add the ice either time - I didn't need it since I drank it right away. Will make again I'm sure!
