Of Italian origin, I am 58 years old, I don’t believe in cook books but rather I enjoy recipes that are suggested by friends or recipes that are found on Recipe Zaar. I find that this is really the only way to enjoy good food suggested by real people who have enjoyed these foods. I love foods of many nationalities. I have always been interested in new recipes. My opinion is that we are what we eat. It is my belief that great meals and great wines make happy people. Some pet peeves are going to restaurants looking at a menu that suggests a certain meal and once make your choice and get your meal it doesn’t even come close to what it should be. I hate restaurants that advertise a specialty but that they have no clue of what they are promoting. Please enjoy my simple recipes for people who do not always have time to cook.
