"The Daiquiri originated in Cuba, in the nickel-mining town of Daiquiri. Originally it was made with limes, but nowadays many different fruits are used. From the Barbecue Bible"

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup passion fruit juice
• 2⁄3 cup light rum
• 6 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
• 3 cups crushed ice

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
2. Pour into martini glasses and serve immediately.
