  1. Perfect frosty summer drink! We had it both with and without rum and both were Yummy. The passion fruit shines through here and the cream of coconut is in the background giving it that "je ne sais quoi". It went down really smooth and nice. Thanks so much, LIG, for sharing. Made it for Seaside Brasserie - 2020.

  2. This was delicious! I used fresh passion fruit pulp from the vine in my backyard. I wish I'd thought of straining out the seeds first, but it was still very much enjoyed. Thank you! Made for CQ '16.

  3. I selected this recipe because I really like passion fruit juice, and this is (now) at the top of my list of favorite passion fruit recipes. It's so refreshing and tasty, and I'm really glad I came across this recipe. I know I'll make it again and again. Yum!

Hello! I have a wonderful husband and two fantastic kids. I love to read, have fun with family and friends, stay active with: running; soccer; golf; biking; hiking; and gardening. I love to travel. I'm looking forward to more international travel someday. Cooking has become a passion for me. I love to read cookbooks, watch the Food Network, and try new recipes. I have way too many cookbooks! A few of my favorites are: Barefoot Contessa (any - but especially 'Family Style'),Rachael Ray 30-Minute Meals 2, Roasting by Barbara Kafka, Beyond Parsley & The Black Dog Summer on the Vineyard Cookbook. I try to carefully choose recipes that I think my family will enjoy, which is why most of my ratings are 3-5 stars. Happy cooking!
