  • Saute red onion and garlic in pan for a few minutes.
  • Remove onion/garlic mixture from heat and set aside to cool.
  • Drain chickpeas and finish preparing ingredients.
  • Juice Lemon.
  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Toss / Mix and enjoy!
