Very good and very simple to make. I didn't bother to peel the potatoes so it took almost no time to prepare.

Great potatoes and very easy to make! I used Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled and did not add all the parmesan to the mayonnaise as it was tasting a bit to salty for us. I did sprinkle cheese over the potatoes before placing in the oven. Was worried about the potatoes getting done before the chicken so I covered with foil and baked at 375 degree's for 45 minutes than uncovered and baked for an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Next time I will add onion slices and use less mayo or light mayo.

I agree that this is tasty & easy! To lighten it up, I used light mayo combined with fat free sour cream. I also gave it a good shake of sea salt & freshly ground pepper. Thanx Marie!
