"I recently bought a bottle of Paraiso. This cocktail was on the bottle. You can use any brand lychee liquor- Soho also make a good one"

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 30 ml soho lychee liqueur
• 30 ml gin
• 60 ml ruby red grapefruit juice
• fresh lime juice

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain.
2. Serve in Martini glass.
