- In a saucepan mix together flour and paste over medium heat until thick and creamy.
- Cool.
- Add Peppermint oil.
- Dip strips of newspaper, or paper bags into this mix.
- Rub off excess mixter.
- Place on form one layer at a time, and let dry.
- (Rip paper, don't cut it for best results).
