ingredients
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1⁄2 cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1⁄4 teaspoon amchur powder
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 1 big red onion
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro
- 5 green chilies
- 1 garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 cup cottage cheese, boiled and diced
- 3 small green capsicum, diced
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons cashews
- 2 teaspoons peanuts
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
directions
- Fry cumin seeds, cloves, cardomen, cinnamon, green chili, garlic, ginger.
- Fry onion, cashews, peanuts.
- Add butter and keep frying.
- Add cilantro diced.
- Grind the onion mixture.
- Fry capsicum and add onion mixture.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric and amchur powder.
- Let all boil and add cottage cheese at the end.
