  • Fry cumin seeds, cloves, cardomen, cinnamon, green chili, garlic, ginger.
  • Fry onion, cashews, peanuts.
  • Add butter and keep frying.
  • Add cilantro diced.
  • Grind the onion mixture.
  • Fry capsicum and add onion mixture.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric and amchur powder.
