For mash: Boil the potatoes with some salt. Drain when boiled and add butter, pepper, and dill.
For beef: add garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil. Fry 2 minutes on both sides to seal the flavour. Then fry other 4 minutes (rare), 6 (medium), and 8 (well done). Put the chopped onion to give extra flavour.
For vegetables: peal, wash, cut and microwave the vegetables on a plate covered with cling film.
