Paleo Moroccan Carrot Salad With Dates

- Ready In:
- 4 organic carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1⁄4 cup dried dates
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- coriander (to garnish)
- Mix together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
