  • Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in food processor and pulse until mixed well.
  • Pulse in eggs oil honey and vinegar.
  • Mash into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  1. Made this today, came out pretty good. to avoid the eggy taste I whisked the eggs with piece of lemon peel and that helped a lot, and I did use only 1tbsp of baking soda and some walnuts on top. It was a little wetter inside than normal bread would be, but it taste great.

Tweaks

  1. My oven needed an extra 5 min.
     
  2. I don't like the eggy flavour of most paleo breads, so I used 3 eggs and one chia egg (1 T chia seeds + 2.5 T water). I also added a bit of extra apple cider vinegar because I thought it might have a bitter taste from so much soda. Turned out great!
