Would the cooking time be the same if only making 1 thick bone-in Pork steak? Thanks!

This is my first time trying this recipe I uploaded a before picture and I look forward to uploading the after didn’t have brown sugar so I used regular and I did add a bit of honey to it raw honey. Whatever I cook my pork steaks on the griddle they’re always chewy and hard and slow cooking is always been the way to go without having a slow cooker I figured this was my best shot and I’m happy I found this because it smells delicious ?? can’t wait to try it!!

When making the sauce I used 1/4 cup chili sauce and 1/4 cup ketchup, also added 1 teaspoon worcestershire, also didn't want to take a chance on them drying out, so I covered the pan with foil, the bone fell right off.<br/>My crew loved it, I served with Mean chefs fries #60119. and french bread. I'll have this one in the Spongebob folder with the rest of my favs, for future use!

This is an easy recipe to put together. The best thing about it, was the fact I had all the ingredients on hand. I used slices of pork loin, 1/4 t garlic powder, 1/2 t onion powder and 1/8 cup brown sugar plus 3/8 Sugar Twin - Brown Sugar Replacement. This bakes on a nice thick glaze that was very tasty. Made for PAC Spring 2012
