I didn't have all these spices in my kitchen but what resulted is a rub that everyone in my house LOVES. We put it on Salmon and chicken and steak and even in our ground beef for hamburgers! I omitted the coriander and replaced whole red peppers for the ground. I usually leave out most of the paprika. I've been using it about a year now and everyone always asks me what I put on my meat. Thanks Amy!

I hate to give this rub such a mediocre review but it was just okay. It wasn't like Outback. It wasn't overly flavorful but it was really salty. I made this with marinaded shrimp skewers and everybody commented on the shrimp but there was steak leftover and people still had plenty of room left for dessert immediately following dinner.
