ingredients
- 1 cup sun-dried tomato
- 1 cup shiitake mushroom
- 1 onion
- 1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce, I use the Classico Sun Dried Tomato
- 1 cup chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded ham
- 1 (16 ounce) box penne pasta, cooked
- swiss cheese, Italian blend, as much as you like
- oregano
- thyme
- garlic
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 375F until golden.

I was SO happy to find this recipe because I hated to see Outback take it off their menu! Now I can make it at home and save money! I didn't cook the pasta as long as I should have because of it going in the oven but next time I will cook the pasta longer. Also I will saute the onions before adding them in because they were crunchy even after baking it. I will bake it for longer too. I may also buy 2 jars of sauce if I cook the whole box of pasta. But all in all, I love the recipe and it tasted just like the Cyclone pasta from Outback!!!
