I love this sauce! I love the buttery flavor it gives the salmon. I left out the ginger because I do not like ginger. I recommend doubling or even tripling the recipe if you want to have sauce leftover to pass.

Very tasty. Used maple syrup instead of brown sugar because that’s what I had.

I personally thought it was quite nice ??. Too much pepper for me, I wish I would have used a 1/4 tbsp. I did not feel as though there was enough for four people. Other than that it’s good.

hi there, granny Janny used lime juice for the lemon (on hand) and made her own brown sugar with granulated and un-sulfured molasses. other substitution dried ginger. My head taster (hubby) said delicious. Planning to brush on my baked pink salmon. Will be serving with Fanned Baked potato topped with fresh parsley butter and steamed broccoli.

I made this sauce without the lemon juice (didn't have any on hand) and it was delicious. This is a great sauce and adds the perfect amount of savory/sweetness to the salmon. Thanks for sharing it!!!
