- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup sliced fresh fruit
- 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Very good but too sweet and I did not use yogurt with sweetener. I chose red grapes as my fruit though and they are very sweet so that is why. I used 3 % thick yogurt plus some alcohol free vanilla from the health food store, freshly squeezed orange juice, no ice, it was pretty thin for a smoothie because of the grapes but I guess ice which I left out would have thickened it. I may make this again with different fruits.

I made this for my boyfriend and modified it to fit his needs: I doubled the orange juice and used half the yogurt, added a little lemon juice, and (because he really doesn't like fruit other than citrus) I used only half a cup of bananas. The result? *I* think it's really good, and he seems to like it, too. :D
