  • Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Bake in a tube pan at 350 for 40-45 minutes until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for 25 minutes. Then remove from pan

  1. We have made this for years as well. We make a glaze that consists of: powdered sugar and orange juice mixed to desired consistancy and drizzled over cake. Yummy!
     
  2. Orange is never mentioned in the recipe at all. What's up?
