This is yum!! I actually marinated chicken with it and it worked perfectly. Marinated 3 chicken breasts for 24 hours then slow-cooked them in a skillet. Turned out juicy and tender. The flavor is slightly sweet but salty. Perfect, in my opinion. Will use this again when it warms up and we can grill outside! :)Reply
Yum! This was so easy to put together, which is key with me since I am always short on time! I quartered the recipe and used it to marinate one 1 lb. pork tenderloin, and there was more than enough marinade. I was only able to marinate for 2 hours (back to the short on time thing! :-) ). I baked the tenderloin at 350 for 45 minutes. The meat was juciy and tender. The cayenne pepper gives it a little kick, while the orange juice and soy sauce give it an oriental flavor. The next time I make this, I will try to plan ahead and marinate overnight. I can only imagine how good it will be then!Reply
