DIRECTIONS

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add in peas, rind, and juice.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Stir in fresh mint, salt, and pepper.
  • Garnish with orange rind curls.
