- 1⁄2 cup orange marmalade
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- In a small bowl stir together all ingredients.

This will really dress up your morning breakfast. So simple to throw together and the combination of the ginger and orange is wonderful. Make sure you drain the pineapple very well to keep it from being too watery. I had this with scones but I think it would make biscuits and toast taste just as wonderful. Love this one Annacia.
