- 250 ml orange juice
- 20 large marshmallows, quartered
- 250 ml whipping cream
- food coloring, if desired
directions
- In a heavy saucepan, heat the orange juice and marshmallows, over medium-low heat till marshmallows melt.
- Cool until it thickens a little.
- Whip cream and fold orange juice mixture into cream.
- Add food coloring if desired.
