Wonderful rice! I loved the peppers, onions and the splash of lime. This came out surprisingly light tasting - though it was kind of crunchy-chewy with all the onions and the mustard seeds. We really enjoyed this, even DD liked it and she is not a fan of onions. Will definitely make this again - thanks for posting AlaskaPam - made for ZWT8 adn the Herbaceous Curvaceous Honeys!

I used a brown wild rice mix and "Christmas Red" rice which was pretty and a bit more firm than white rice, (even cooked for an extra 5 minutes), but overall, the dish was a bit less flavorful than expected given the ingredients. Next time I'll double the garlic, mustard seeds and cilantro. Served with Turkish marinated grilled chicken skewers. Thanks for posting, AlaskaPam!
