Yummy is right, made this as directed and used it to baste my short loin steaks once while grilling then some on top while serving. Also used it on my zuccini. One of those amazingly simple recipes with more flavour that your would think there could be. Letting the mixture sit really makes the difference.
"Yummmmyyyy" says my best friend who made this for her roommates and herself the other night for steaks (like you recommended). She added black pepper, cumin, and chili powder to hers for a southwestern taste, and she "Absolutely loved it, and will be making it again!" She says thanx for a great tastey butter for her steaks, and she hopes for you to make something new for her to try :)
