As the stay-at-home biological mother of 12 children who recently chose to return to my rather demanding career, I am always on the lookout for recipes that do not require hours of preparation, yet are healthful.
I enjoy using this site, as there are plenty of available dishes that most of us can prepare @ the end of our busy days. Group cooking not only promotes furthered togetherness (it is during this time that we begin to catch up on each other's days), but teaches our children necessary skills & helps to accomplish tasks faster than if left to just one person. As anyone could easily imagine, daily cooking for a family of 14 people is no small feat, LOL!
