One Dish Chicken Breast Casserole With Veggies

This recipe is good for just throwing ingredients into one dish and bake. It is a well balanced meal in one dish. You have carbs, meat and vegetable.
- Ready In:
- 3 chicken breasts, thawed and cut in to pieces
- 1 -2 cup uncooked rice
- 16 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces French-fried onions, cheddar flavor
- put rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen corn, and green bean. Have all mixed together. Add to casserole dish. Top with layer of cheese, layer of french friend onions and other layer of chees. Cover and bake at 400 for 45-55 minutes. Until chicken is cooked through.
