1 cup olive oil
¹⁄₂ cup vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon oregano

directions

Cut a slit in each olive.
Fill a jar with olives.
Cover with marinade.
Olives will keep many months and improve with marinating.
