I ate at Olive Garden over the weekend and had their spaghetti with meat sauce. It was awesome and I immediately checked online for a copycat recipe. This is very close to Olive Gardens three meat pasta sauce. I find that canned Hunts traditional spaghetti sauce works best. My daughter doesn't eat onion so I substitute fresh garlic in this step. I recommend not seasoning until after the sauce simmers. The pepperoni adds plenty of salt and flavor. I absolutely love this recipe.
