Okra Skillet

"I'm from the South so I could eat a whole tub of this! I put my favorite spices and turkey kielbasa in this twist on okra and tomatoes. Please try to use fire-roasted tomatoes, I think it really makes it taste good! They carry the Muir Glen brand of fire-roasted tomatoes at Whole Foods and Wal-Mart Supercenter. I really hope you like it!"

I was really excited to make this, but it tasted pretty plain. Pretty much just sausage with okra. It didn't have enough spices. I didn't hate it, but I won't make it again.

How have I never had okra until now?! This was phenomenal! So tasty and simple to make; loved all the flavours in there too. My fiancé loved it too; keeping this recipe to hand for future reference!
