Oatmeal Thins

"My aunt sends these cookies every Christmas and they are quickly devoured! They have a nice, buttery, cinnamon, oatmeal taste, and taste really good frozen (mmm...my favorite!). Sometimes these end up crispier and sometimes they're softer, but anyway they come out they're delicious!"

  1. These were very good. I don't put cinnamon in my oatmeal cookies but I like the way these turned out. I didn't butter the glass, I sprayed it with oil and I also mixed cinnamon with the sugar. Next time I think I'll add some nutmeg too. Mine turned out crunchy this time. Thanks for posting I'll be making this again.
