Oatmeal Protein Smoothie
- Ready In:
- 1⁄4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (we prefer chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 dash cinnamon
- Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well.
