Wonderful, wonderful! Oatmeal in waffles, what more can I say! I enjoy waffles and love oatmeal. The honey gives these waffles just a hint of sweetness. I was also able to make these gluten free by using my favorite gluten free flour mix and gluten free oats. I also added 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed to up the nutrition content of the waffles. Thanks for posting this Kittycatmom! Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
