  • Place the first 7 ingredients in a mixer, mixing till blended. Stir in the remaing ingredients.
  • Spoon on to a parchment lined cookie sheet pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove and let set for 5 minutes.

    Easy recipe! I used coconut oil instead of butter, half the amount of sugar, and a bit more cinnamon and vanilla. I baked some cookies plain, others with craisons, and the last bit with chocolate chips. All 3 types are delicious!!

    No vanilla abstract and use 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Raisins and small Chocolate Chips pieces Instead of plain oats, I used instant ShopRite brand oatmeal packets: Cinnamon & Spice. Then I used left over toaster strudels frosting to glaze.

    Excellent cookies....my personal tweak... Coconut oil melted, instead of butter Sweetener instead of sugar and they were amazing!
