    cup mixed nuts (I like to use chopped walnuts and slivered almonds)
  • 2
    tablespoons butter
  • 14
    cup chopped parsley (optional)

    teaspoon cumin

DIRECTIONS

  • Melt the butter in a pan, add the nuts and toast over medium heat.
  • Add cumin and stir.
  • Stir in the rice and mix well.
  • Add the chopped parsley and mix right before serving.
