Nutritarian Balls!

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal, steel cut
- 1⁄2 cup quinoa
- 1⁄2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
- 1⁄3 cup date syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1⁄2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1⁄2 cup cacao, nibs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup almonds, slivered
directions
- Stir together in bowl, toss in refrigerator for about a hour, take out and roll into balls. You coulld swap out the cacao nibs for dry fruit, nuts, carrots.
