ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup dry mustard
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup horseradish
• 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar

directions

1. Mix the dry mustard and brown sugar.
2. Stir in oil, horseradish and vinegar until smooth.
3. Spoon into small jars; cover tightly. Keeps for months.
