Nori Roll Dipping Sauce

My new favorite dipping sauce! Wontons, egg rolls, lumpia, dim sum... I even enjoy it poured over rice. You can make this as spicy as you like or leave out the heat entirely. Recipe by Chef Terrence Khuu of Milpitas' Bleu Ginger.

Excellent dip for sushi! I served this with a layered sushi, and it added just the right amount of numminess. I really liked the tangy-sweet taste. I did leave out the wasabi and chili paste, as I was planning on serving this to people whose heat tolerance I was unsure of. :) Thank you for posting, made for ZWT4.Reply
