  • tear lettuce into bite size pieces and toss in a bowl.
  • drain mandarin oranges (i usually save a little juice).
  • add mandarin oranges to lettuce.
  • add pine nuts.
  • toss salad.
  • pour desired amount of dressing on salad.
  • serve.
