Nonfat Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing

YUM! This is a modification of a recipe that I found on lowfatlifestyle.com. I like to serve this atop a salad of lettuce, turkey or chicken, and fruit such as pears.

ingredients
- one large orange, juice of
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (may sub honey if you'd like)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (I like Trader Joe's 21 Salute, but any herb blend or even just dried basil would work well)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash salt
- fresh ground black pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients and allow to sit at room temp for 1 hour so that flavors come together.
