No Flour No Sugar Pancakes

6 small pancakes

ingredients
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1⁄2 mashed banana
- 1⁄4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Mix oatmeal with yogurt and set aside.
- Mash banana and chop the walnuts.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cook as you would other pancakes.
- Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired, or top with applesauce.

I was very skeptical at first, have never made pancakes like this, but I was craving some and had no flour so gave this a shot. The whole time I was unsure if I was even cook in it right but wow it came out tasting great. I did not expect it to taste so well, didn't use the walnuts and added a bit of vanilla extract to mine. Will deffinintly be using this recipe again

WOW!!! these were so yummy, i really had my doubts when i was mixing it up, but these were so filling and delicious (and sugar free, healthy and wheat free - YIPEE!). a few changes i made; didn't add the walnuts and forgot to add the cinnamon, i used a strawberry fromage frias (big one) because we didn't have any plain yoghurt, will make again.
