- 4 eggs
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 (7 ounce) can coconut
- 1 dash salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
directions
- Put all into a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Grease and flour 2 pie pans.
- Pour in the mixture and cook at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
