- 3⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender (or use a stick/immersion blender), Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Pour into prechilled ice cream maker canister. Process according to manufacturer's instructions.
