ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats, not quick cooking
- 1⁄2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 4 teaspoons chia seeds
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries
directions
- Put milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon and salt in 1 pint jar with lid.
- Cover and shake until combined.
- Gently stir in blueberries.
- Refrigerate, covered up to 8 hours or overnight.
