Nif's Easy and Delicious Chicken Salad

"A favourite of ours. The grapes are awesome with the chicken and to me, the salt is necessary to have with the sweet grapes. This recipe makes enough for 2 sandwiches. Enjoy!"

  1. Nif wonderful chicken salad! I used the pouches of chicken and only had regular Hellmann's on hand. The grapes were nice and crunchy adding a nice texture. Did add a shake or two of celery seed since I love it. Served on 10 grain bread with some romaine lettuce. Thank you for a great lunch! Made and reviewed for the Alphabet Tag game.

  2. Thawed out some shredded chicken breast that I always have on hand in the freezer & put this together with seedless red grapes before bundling it up in a couple of tortilla wraps for a wonderful tasting lunch! Great taste! Easy prep! [Made & reviewed in Went to the Market tag]

  4. Easy? You betcha? Delicious? Absolutely! Loved the grapes! I used rotisserie chicken! Thanks for posting! This is sure to be a lunchtime fave from now on! Made for Holiday Tag January 2010!

  5. This is wonderful! I had some leftover chicken breasts that were perfect for this! My grocery store didn't have any grapes, so I chose chopped apples instead. What great flavors! I will try with the grapes when I can find them. Thanks so much Nif for sharing! Made for Chef's Pick forum even at KK.

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
