VEGETABLES
- 1 (16 ounce) can French style green beans, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and diced

DRESSING
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
directions
- Mix vegetables together in Corningware container.
- Add the dressing ingredients to the reserved black-eyed pea liquid; mix well making sure the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
