DO NOT USE 1/4 CUP of Cayenne!!!! I live in Louisiana and my husband does all the cooking. Well I thought I would surprise him last night for dinner and cook this yummy dish I found online. Due to my inexperience in cooking, I followed this recipe to the T! This rather costly dish was ruined. We cut it down with lots of milk and more noodles to try and salvage. I just don't want anyone else to have this same experience because of this faulty recipe.
